Schnable Car in San Antonio TX

Yesterday, the UP Rockport local took a schnable car and caboose down the Rockport Branch in San Antonio. The car was not loaded.   The only customer that could utilize this car would be City Public Service, the local power company.   Iy is probably going to be loaded with a surplus generator from the Deely Plant.
Any intel on movement, route and time would be greatly appreciated.
