Times for UP local to Escalon / north end of Tidewater Southern?

Anyone have recent on duty / operating times for the UP local that works the north end of the old Tidewater Southern to Escalon? Are they still running on Saturdays?

Also, which industries are still getting cars south of Stockton area? I heard Franzia Winery off Yosemite and French Camp stopped shipping. Is it just Escalon Packers and Eckert Cold Storage?
