No 18 is on Gage Ave, between Avalon Blvd and Central Ave, where the 'S-Line' was moving east/west.
The rails in the pavement were standard gauge, used jointly by Santa Fe and Pacific Electric on a joint
track age agreement dating from the 1920's to serve the Wing foot Industrial area on an alternating yearly basis.
The dirt median where we see the 1450 remains today; with a single set of standard gauge rails still in place,
as does the two-story building in the background.

EDIT:
Well I finally found it, figuratively speaking, and it was comparatively recently when we saw it.
On 3/01/23 we saw a slightly different view here, in photo No 16 of:

https://www.trainorders.com/discussion/read.php?1,5638410,5638538#msg-5638538

where the Hamner Escrow office at 8461 S Central Ave was again in the background.
So for the record, No 19 is  on Central Ave, about one city-block north of the end of LAMTA's 'S-Line'.

Larry:  Pic #22 shows a Brill trolley coach of the Kitchener Ontario PUC at their garage in Kitchener.  The line ran between Kitchener and Waterloo ON.  The Kitchener trolley coaches were sold and moved to Vancouver BC in 1973, but your pic was made in Kitchener ON before this occurred.

Thanks HT6 for your comments and location info. So far I do have more pictures to post. Thanks Charlie for your interesting location classroom. I thought #20 might be hard to pinpoint the location, but you make a good guess. Thanks Mike for the location correction on #22 and futher information. Much appreciated to you all!

Louisville Section - on the advertised

RITZVILLE ACTION
More sunshine with interesting traffic but moderate volume.
The doves turned out again for some train watching from the utility lines.
Super feadoff photo with BNSF #9048 in lead on WB grain train.
Ther rock train definitely was interesting.
The CATS were a nice catch, added variety to usual manifest consists.
Liked the colorful intermodal traffic: those trains do keep some traffic off the highways.
Unit Of The Day is BNSF #9407.

HISTORIC TRACTION
21 - A very nice neighborhood scene; looks like Trolley traffic is one way on this street.
       #701 is a CC&F Model T-48 Blt. 1950.
22 - Another CC&F Model T-48. Note the GM New Look in the background.

Thanks for making another interesting posting of contemporary action and historic traction.
Those trolley bus photo really bring back my early boyhood memories of trolly buses in louisville.
Definitely appreciate your time and work

Great bunch of different locomotives today Larry.  I really like the work/rock train as well---will be some pretty heavy duty shoring up somewhere.

Pic #18 shows LATL 1450 on an excursion as it was being purchased by the Orange Empire Trolley Museum in the late 50s early !960s.
I was on that trip.
Yes, that was on Gage Avenue between Avalon and Central Avenues.
