It may involve some trackage rights, but I believe it is listed as a CN route to Winnipeg. Although this is a much more substantial train that the normal local turn that goes from GF to Noyes. Is this a special move handed off to CP? I don't understand why it wouldn't just continue as a CN train to Winnipeg.

The map at the bottom of the page to this link shows that the courthouse can indeed be seen from the railroad track.
