CN-led mixed manifest train rumbling through downtown Grand Forks

A 2x0, 148-car Grand Forks, ND --to-- Noyes, MN eastbound mixed manifest freight train is seen here rumbling through downtown Grand Forks, ND during the mid-afternoon hours of 03/19/2023.

Train symbol: H-GFDNOY

Power:

Nice video Jake from a location we haven't seen. Interesting train with the CN leader but will become a CP train at Noyes.

I don't believe that is true. BNSF interchanges with CN at Noyes. It may involve some trackage rights, but I believe it is listed as a CN route to Winnipeg. Although this is a much more substantial train that the normal local turn that goes from GF to Noyes. Is this a special move handed off to CP? I don't understand why it wouldn't just continue as a CN train to Winnipeg.

I did a little research and yes, it is a courthouse. The map at the bottom of the page to this link shows that the courthouse can indeed be seen from the railroad track.
