Lone "Dash9" NS motor sitting tied down on LORAM/MOW train- Fargo

A lone GE C44-9W, Norfolk Southern #9463 (built: ??/????), sits tied down on a short eastbound-facing LORAM/MOW train in Fargo, ND, on a spur track along the BNSF KO Subdivision during the warm and sunny mid-afternoon hours of 05/20/2023.

That's gotta be one of the lowest-numbered ones still operating

9396 is supposed to be the lowest active.  Only 8 active ones between them though.
