Sure, lot's of it. From little pieces like the industrial lead in Butte that used to be mainline and now
serviced by BNSF to the fairly lengthy Escanaba and Lake Superior line in Wisconsin and Michigan.

A little bit in Bellingham, WA, and in Sumas, WA. BNSF's Lynden Branch from Sumas to Lynden used to be MILW, but I don't think it's still in service beyond the first mile or so.

And all the CPKC mainline from Minneapolis/St Paul to Chicago and to Kansas City, and Milwaukee’s main line west from Minneapolis across northern South Dakota to eastern Montana, as well as other branch lines in South Dakota.

And all of the Wisconsin and Southern is ex-MILW,

And the INRD lines between Terre Haute and Linton.

And the CN line between Wisconsin Rapids and Wausau connecting with their ex-SOO ex-WC main at Junction City.

Also CPKC Marquette, IA-Sheldon IA via Mason City.

Couple small little stretches of ex-MILW in Seattle. The line that comes off of main 3 at Argo and heads back north towards Union Station is original MILW trackage and still used by UP.

And from Renton Junction up across Monster Rd towards Scopa and the Boeing plant is ex-MILW still being used by the BNSF Renton Rockettes. I believe that’s the old line that ran up through Carnation and into Monroe…where the MILW would use GN/BN trackage rights to get up to Bellingham.

The CPKC line that comes from Beloit to Rockford is ex-Milwaukee. It runs newar my house. That same line continues to Davis Junction and Flagg Center.  It was jointly owned by the Burlington and Milwaukee.  I remember sometime in the 60s riding up that line on a Burlington steam trip with 4960.

Chunk of the mainline on both sides of Othello, WA. Also a part of the branch to Moses Lake, WA, but that might go away soon.

One of the biggest stretches is from Terry, MT to Aberdeen, SD, and then to Sioux Falls & Sioux City. It's currently ran by BNSF, but is former MILW.

So, I'm guessing some of former Milwaukee trackage is still in use :)

Also a piece of the "Gap" in the Milwaukee's western main in  Idaho between St. Maries, ID. and Worley, ID.  Another piece is from Newport, Washington to Metaline Falls, Wa which is part of what was once the Idaho and Washington Northern. 1911-1914
