So we would be speaking of former Seattle & North Coast box cars.

LRS 4326 is one of them. I saw it yesterday being humped in Roseville, CA on the UP. It is loaded with paper rolls and will be heading to International Paper at Elk Grove, CA for spotting tonight.

A picture of it from about 3 weeks ago can be found here... LRS 4326

Originally the SNCT had 100 box cars that were brown with white lettering numbered SNCT 1000-1099. They also had 200 box cars that were green and yellow numbered SNCT 1100-1299.

Unknown how many of them still survive, but a number of them did eventually become LRS cars numbered in the 4300s.
