Good morning-!  Northbound BNSF 8797, SD70ACE, North struggled to climb up Palmer Divide after dark 10 January 2025.  Listen to train blow for the grade crossing and grind its way over the Palmer Divide.  Video has sound.

BNSF DPU; 5159 C44-9W, 7344 ES44DC and 5115 C44-9W, on Minnequa, Colorado, to Irondale, Colorado, loaded unit cement train U MQAIRC-001T northbound Palmer Lake, Colorado, snow 10 January 2025.  2x3 100 loads, 14,172 tons, 4,194 feet long.

Yes.  Cement cars are short (40ft ish).  Its a challenging train to run because its short and heavy.
