BNSF Leaving Cushenbury
Author: spider1319

The Cajon Local is finishing their air test and is about to depart eighteen years ago with the coal empties. This is about the only traffic out of the former Kaiser Cement Plant, the cement itself is about all truck. No more lime rock out of Spur 5 and Pfizer is a shadow of the past. My first trip out of here fifty years ago we had almost nine thousand tons. Bill Webb

Looks like a fire in the background over the ridge.

Very nice. So coal in and almost nothing out?

A lot of CO2 presumably! Sorry, couldn't resist... ;-)

I'd love to catch a train out on that line...
