After Green River, westbound intermodals crew change at:

If going to Portland or Tacoma: Pocatello, ID
If going to Lathrop: Ogden, UT
If going to Long Beach, Los Angeles, or Oakland (I-NPOA): Salt Lake City Intermodal Terminal.

Cricket, would I have to disguise myself as a Jackalope to get across private land to get to that spot, or is it publicly accessable?
