Western Railroad Discussion > A Friendly WaveDate: 04/10/25 04:29 A Friendly Wave Author: funnelfan PCC GP35 #3651 heading south toward Pullman passing over Viola Rd at Fallon, WA. Not often you see a width clearance sign instead of a height clearance. In the distance a friendly neighbor is waving to the train crew. April 3rd, 2004. #3651 was built in 1964 for the Reading RR later going to Penn Central and Conrail before coming to work for Watco. It kept that number #3651 from when it was built until it became WAMX 3523 in 2011.
