TRANSCON Blocked At Ft. Madison

Listening to dispatcher; TRANSCON is blocked at west end of Ft. Madison yatd.  Apparently  a westbound hit (at slow speed) a stuck pickup which tnen set ties on fire.  #3 running late so hopefully cleared by it gets to Ft. Madison.

Chat on VR says pickup attempting to use RR bridge to cross creek. Ties and truck on fire.
