Whose RR Is It Going To Be?
Author: philippe

With all the merger talk you never know With a timely heads up I was able to catch the Provo-Den train this morning on the Moffat Sub. First catch was #5 coming out of T-1 in the foothills of the Rockies with the FRA 221 behind the trailing AMTK unit. After a timely wait NS 3641, eb at t-1, showed up leading a group of seven of BNSF's grimiest. At the rear end were two more BNSF. A wee bit overpowered I would think. After a quick hike back to the car I was able to catch the NS 3641 @ Leyden which is at the western end of the Denver suburb of Arvada. Nice that the heat has abated on the Front Range.
