Big Boy 4014 front and rear at Speer

This morning's Union Pacific 4014-led Retirement Special for a Company Official sported elephant ears as it split Mileposts 517 approaching Speer Junction, WY on Track 4. In the second image platform-obs UPP 101 "Lincoln" brings up the rear as 4014 diverges onto the Denver Main, Greeley Subdivision to go to Denver. Happy steamfanning! === === = === JLH

Kinda strange how far apart those signal heads are at that junction...rarely see that elsewhere.
