Western Railroad Discussion > Sunday on Yellow Bank curve.Date: 11/02/25 14:18 Sunday on Yellow Bank curve. Author: hank On a cold dry day in December 2006, I made a before sunrise hike to Yellow Bank curve MP 251.5 on the BNSF Marceline sub. With barely enough light for video, I captured this westbound BNSF Z train. Likely the Willow Springs, Illinois to Stockton, California.

I don't think crews miss the 89 foot pig cars that much. They were the source of a lot of UDE's I've heard.
