This is not new as the grain growers at the McCoy and Ritzville loading facilities load their own with that device or a similar one to that here in Central/Eastern Washington.

Not exactly new,,we had something just like this at our plant 15 years ago. Fourtinitly for us and with a lot of bitching from me we quit using it not too long after we got it.

"No engineer" means no one in the cab? Or does it mean no human is anywhere around? If there is a human, where is he?
