Unique (to me) UP MOW equipment

I caught this UP MOW piece heading east out of the  Portola Yard this morning. I assume its to facilitate refueling of trackside propane tanks at switch heaters and back up generators.

Very handy piece to have around. Great for getting backhoes, dump trucks, weed sprayer's and propane equipment around to tight spaces.
