Ex-Amtrak 1100 80-tonner to Hudson Terminal Rail CO

Former Amtrak 1100, 80-tonner General Electric center cab, was delivered by semi-trailer to new owner Hudson Terminal Rail Services at Hudson, Colorado, located along BNSF's Brush Subdivision on Wednesday, 26 November 2025.  Here are views of two cranes unloading the 1100.

Amtrak 1100 was usually hidden away at the Amtrak Wilmington, Delaware, shop facility.  She was built for Department of Defense ex-US Army rail yard work.  Anyone know where she was posted-?

Short videos of suspended ex-Amtrak 1100, 80-ton center cab, before being set on its trucks at Hudson Rail Services at Hudson, CO, 26 November 2025.

Amtrak once had this unit numbered 11 and featured Operation Red Block letter with "Prevention Through Education" on its frame.

The roster at https://www.thedieselshop.us/GE_80Ton-Military.HTML has USAF 1600, built 11/51, GE serial 31035, assigned to Maywood Air Force Depot, Maywood (LA area) California.  Maywood closed in 1960, no idea where she was after that.

More curious is what is Hudson Terminal Rail? And what do they do or do they serve? I know who Amtrak is. I guess I need to check with my friend Google?
