Great photo.  The really disturbing thing in that photo #2 is that the peak in the photo would normally have several feet of snow on it in mid-March.  It has none.  That is indicative about how serious the drought is becoming in the central and southern Rockies.  I believe that is Mt. Mestas, elevation 11,573 feet.

Wow those are snazzy shots! With the way MACs are being cut up these days, it’s surprising to see any getting that sort of treatment. Any idea what their heritage is? Former BNSF?

Ya…gonna be a drought here in Washington state too…we got hardly any snow at all. Little bit…but not much. Winter is over, but we’re still waiting for it to hit.
