UPY GP15N 654 should be nee-MP 1654 mike woodruff north platte ne Date: 04/30/26 18:39 Re: UPRR Engine 654 Author: GoldenState What a mess that engine is. My son shot video of it near the Chico Amtrak station today on a NB manifest. After the grafitti and the fireman side window number being yellow numbers over red background, I saw it had no dynamics. Figured ex-MP. Looks to have spent some recent time in DTLA.
Edit: It was the GP38-2 in the video. Rob Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 04/30/26 18:40 by GoldenState. Date: 04/30/26 21:24 Re: UPRR Engine 654 Author: SouthWestRailCams Here it is at Redding today.
