What a mess that engine is. My son shot video of it near the Chico Amtrak station today on a NB manifest. After the grafitti and the fireman side window number being yellow numbers over red background, I saw it had no dynamics. Figured ex-MP. Looks to have spent some recent time in DTLA.

Edit: It was the GP38-2 in the video.
