CP 8757 in Southeast Iowa
Author: Agent

On Sunday afternoon, I took the long way to a chore I had to do and happened to be at a rural crossing southwest of Linby, Iowa as a southbound mixed freight train came by.  I believe the train was the CPKC 280.  CP 8613 was solo leading with what sounds like a P3 horn.  On the other end of the train was CP 8757, the Every Child Matters unit, as the DPU.  This is the first time I've seen the 8757.
