July 4, 2026 - 250th American anniversary-!  July 4 celebrations across the nation have begun-! Rio Grande Heritage unit UP 1989 was through Colorado earlier this week with a friendly wave from the engineer.

I been tracking the UP 1989 on the Heritage App. The last reported sighting was Saginaw Texas 23:02 July 4, on its way to Pasadena, Texas (Kinder Morgan). UP CWEAO. Probably going to go through Houston's Tower 26. Can see the probably route on the Heritage App.
