Nice Video, Cricket.

I was wondering if this was a crude oil train heading east to Wyoming or Colorado, etc., for refining, but I couldn't make out the placard number. Is a buffer car only required between the train and occupied locomotives, and not between the train and DPU power? I thought there was usually one between the train and any DPUs as well, but there isn't on this train.
