Here's the MNPWC where it shouldn't be.  They had to set out a car with a hot bearing at Julesburg (CO), and to avoid fouling the main, they pulled down onto the Sterling branch for headroom.

Nice light! Too bad they couldn't have continued into Sterling and taken the BNSF in to Denver and then west on the Moffat Route....
