CP is hiring TY&E People

Is CP worth looking into? I am an Engineer. How are they to work for nowadays?
I would prefer to work in St. Paul, Portage or Superior. I heard they are hiring.
What are their road/yard rates of pay nowadays? What is their guarantee at? How is the management?!?!

Last time I called there job hotline there were starting classes for conductors in St. Paul and Enderlin, ND in March.
