Date: 12/31/04 04:16 Trucks on the EMD Demos Author: gobbl3gook Those trucks sure look great no the EMD Demo units. I just love the big heavy beam and shiny wheels. Lots different than the curving cast piece that holds the axles together on other locomotives.
But for some reason the UP's paint scheme just doesn't make it stand out. Must be darker paint, or dirty or smoething... Did you ever check out West Virginia or any other state in the Appalachian chain? That's out of the desert!
