I looking for websites on these two place and the radio frequencies(main line freq's) for each of these places.

Never heard of a web site for either (at least as far as railroad/railfan). GI has a model RR club and an NRHS chapter - don't know if they are on the web or not. Gibbon is only about 1500-2000 people and around Nebraska is more noted for turkey processing than the important rail junction just east of town!
