Follow the above link to my photos from the Western Maryland winter steam freight photo special excursion last weekend.

This year’s trip was 3 weeks earlier in the month than prior years; offering slightly different sun angles in the morning in late afternoon. No snow or frigid temperatures, rather balmy spring-like weather.

The last photo was a first: a couple’s engagement on the Saturday ride. She said “yes”.

WOW! Those are very very nice. Unique. They are not just the standard 3/4. You have really made it much different. Although I did not attend this year, I have been on numerous other WMSR photo trips. Great job.
