This is kind of a followup to sycom3's excellent video of 7/28 taken on the Nevada Northern. We were there a day later, and here are three shots of a dinner/wild west train they ran up to Keystone that afternoon. This train was run in the late afternoon, so I was able to take advantage of the low facing sunlight
The first shot is of the train sitting in the depot at East Ely awaiting passengers. The second shows the train backing down to get over the switch so they can get to Keystone. The third is of the 93 making light work of the five car train it was pulling up to Keystone.
The Nevada Northern is one class operation. The next day we rode the regular train to Keystone, and they were more than helpful in getting my mobility-limited wife on and off the train.

I bet if there were any kids aboard, they would have had a blast!

Next time I go, I might try the bar-b-que dinner ride, or the geology trip.
