Amazed the neighbors in the upscale neighborhood right above the elevators. The company built it without permits or any other authorization but nothing came of the moaning and groaning. Turns out they didn't need a permit anyway.

Me too, they seem to have made a few upgrades. Suppose the roof keeps the sunshine off the product in the ship's holds.
Or maybe it's for something else.
