Steam & Excursion > Question about Budd Observation on Recent NS Excursions

I came across a photo of a NS excursion at Spring City, Tennessee on the NS 3rd District from November, 2012 that showed a Budd observation car bringing up the markers. It looks that it was built as a New York Central tavern lounge. Does anyone know who its current owner is and what its NYC number was? From the photo linked below, it looks a bit like the car that was purchased and rebuilt for ArtTrain USA - (NYC 48 - not to be confused with the private car that ran under that number).
