Author: LoggerHogger In what has become an annual tradition on the City of Prineville Ry, we will be running Mount Emily Shay #1 for the public on the 4th Of July this week. We ask only for donations on this special operation. This is part of "giving back" to the community from the railroad that is owned by the City and still hauls freight on a weekly basis.
