Heading for Railfair '91 in Sacramento.

Author: ProAmtrak That's a lot of water cars just to keep 844 and 3985 running during that year no thanks to the drought, the drought this past year was just as bad if not worse!

Just remembering, the water cars were either for use by All steam operated equip @ Railfair '91, or to show drought concerned individuals that they weren't using up California's water? Or Both?....Also, the 3 or 4 people in this video's foreground are visiting British Railfans!
