Map for N&W 611 May excursions

Feel free to use this map during the Lynchburg - Petersburg and Roanoke - Lynchburg / Walton excursions in May:

Also, Google has enabled location sharing from within Maps. Those of you riding the train might want to share your (and therefore the train's) location with someone photographing the train from trackside:

Awesome, I gotta Google all this next month before my Amtrak trip out there and start scouting since I'm there for the 3 days excursions (2 at the least since I want to check out the Museum) and then I head back Tuesday Morning home!

Huge Kudos John! I'm hoping to chase around Roanoke and this is a huge help! In looking at photos with CPLs are many of these still in place or have these been replaced? Thanks again for your help with this!

West of Roanoke, all CPLs have been replaced.

Between Roanoke and Lynchburg, CPLs still stand at Villamont (Algie Rd., not the old station site) and west of Montvale, but may be replaced before Memorial Day weekend.

Between Lynchburg and Crewe, a few CPLs still existed in early March, but their replacements were already being installed.

Between Crewe and Petersburg, it looks like CPLs were replaced some time ago (i.e. before PTC was mandated).
