This is a first-time attempt at posting a picture, so i hope it's not too bad. Train looked good, both at Rock Springs, WY (in the very cold rain) and Wednesday morning in the bright sun but cold wind.

edit: Looks like I have a bit to learn about resizing the actual image.

Thank you all for the kind words concerning my photo of 844. This is my first foray into the digital realm, but I do have some past photographic experience as a newspaper photographer/printer. All with film up til now, but the digital world is pretty nice, and you get to see the photos right now!

Margaret: Yeah, Wyoming weather can be a bit trying, but it does keep out the riff-raff! (present company obviously welcomed with open arms!)
