I'm in the field, and I did not know of the "Geology Train." Wonderful! Any impact of the rock fall west of Oiser. I understand it was handled well with minimal delay. Dreamer Date: 06/18/17 13:50 Re: C&TSRR = Fireman School Author: ut-1 Another fine video, Roger.

Thanks for posting.

Now, on my 81st birthday, you have given me another cab ride of the 489. Thank you, for this video and all of the others, too. wag216(o6-11-1936)

Roger Hogan Chama, NM Train Stuff Date: 06/20/17 19:14 Re: C&TSRR = Fireman School Author: mcdeo For all that 'want' to go, you must go. I know it's a bit of money, but it's a bucket list item for sure. Looks like these classes may run for a while, but you never know, they RR could change philosophy and not offer these amazing courses.
On a positive note, we were asked about having the 315 in the mix as a possible engine to operate in a future class. Nothing firm yet, but if you're interested, you need to communicate that to the RR. Again, it's an amazing experience and you have to do if you've ever thought about it!
