It's a nice open spot that's regularly used for photo runs. Plus with the paved area for the trucking school on the east side, one can shoot there in the morning or afternoon equally well.

Never having been in Tennessee, Kentucky or Georgia before, the convention trips were all new mileage for me. I also added Alabama and Mississippi to the states I have now been to. The excursions were fantastic, especially the double-headed steam trip. Enjoyed it all.

You were one lucky person for taking that unique trip.

It was also very nice to see the NC&StL steam engine 576 in person after supporting the group by purchasing souvenirs.
