Steam & Excursion > Denver Post 2017Date: 07/20/17 06:35 Denver Post 2017 Author: Bob3985 This morning the 844 heads south with the deadhead move to stage for this Saturday's Denver Post Charities trip to the Cheyenne Frontier Days Events. They return Sunday with a dead head move northbound. Looking forward to hear the ole gal stretch her legs again.

In fact for the hour and a half I was there there was a Northbound freight from Denver, a westbound freight headed up 3 track, a southbound freight about 20 minutes before 844 came by headed south.
