SP 4449 last week in the Columbia Gorge

Here are a few images of the SP 4449 running through the Columbia Gorge last week.

How could they even think to run that train without a diesel? LOL

It has been ONLY Amtrak's policy to have the diesel, mainly for HEP. Since the BNSF business car specials have their own HEP power car, no diesels are necessary.
