Steam & Excursion > Viscose #6 at Hurley Mt. Rd., Kingston, NY earlier today

The Catskill Mt. RR is hosting 0-4-0 Viscose #6 this weekend. I just returned from watching it, i.e., the viewfinder of my camera, a little while ago at Hurley Mt. Rd, where the tracks* climb a steep grade. Caveat: This is the first time I shot video with that camera, so it isn't flawless, but it is loud.

*originally Ulster & Delaware/NYC/Penn Central trackage beginning in Kingston. N.Y. and ending in Oneonta, N.Y.

Nice. For what it's worth, Viscose #6 is an 0-4-0, not an 0-6-0. Also, what is the loud clicking noise whenever you zoom?

Duly noted and corrected. The clicking noise must have been me abruptly releasing the zoom lever. As I indicated above, shooting video isn't my forte. Here it is a few miles to the east at the Kingston Plaza in May, 2017.
