It was in Lincoln, NE for 2 or 3 days in June, 1995. This video was shot June 14, 1995. The first scenes are of the train going through Firth, NE which is south of Lincoln on the St. Joe sub. I remember that #1522 run to Lincoln . I seem to recall someone loaned the 1522 group their Q whistle for the occasion. What a beautiful sound it made. Reminded me of the Brad Miller recordings of the Q steam fan trips with the #5632 of the late 1950's and early 1960's in "Sunday Only " , one of the greatest LP albums of steam locomotives ever made.

Date: 08/14/18 12:08 Re: Frisco 1522 Author: twjurgens Yes, it's called Canopy Street now and is part of the Haymarket Development. All of the BNSF track and Amtrak depot has been shifted a couple blocks west.
