Date: 01/07/19 00:58 Re: Wyoming zoo opens may 5 Author: Odyssey So is it the 844 or the 4014 or both? ... pretty nebulous comment given
that the 4014 has not yet been seen out of dry dock ... Odyssey Evergreen, CO Date: 01/07/19 01:06 Re: Wyoming zoo opens may 5 Author: dan Laramie is bragging about a big boy visit, either way it will be steamy, a lot to still do, with an ambitious time line. Like a fine wine it may not be done in time, no big deal to me, wish the crew the best , 7 day work weeks are grueling, but they are planning on it being done.

Posted from iPhone Date: 01/07/19 06:12 Re: Wyoming zoo opens may 5 Author: Bob3985 It won't be the first time that Wyoming has had a zoo of railfans tripping all over each other to get photos. I remember our first doubleheader in 1981 to California. Donner Pass was even worse.
Bob Krieger Cheyenne, WY Date: 01/07/19 09:06 Re: Wyoming zoo opens may 5 Author: highgreengraphics I already have a room reserved at a motel at Logan, UT for May 9, the only for sure date so far. === === = === JLH
Date: 01/07/19 11:07 And then there is Utah Author: Bob3985 And if you think Wyoming will be bad wait til the entourage enters Utah with Echo and Weber Canyons.

like they did in '81. Out Date: 01/07/19 18:57 Re: And then there is Utah Author: CPRR Will wait for the promised excursion to California and the museum that gave her away....
Posted from iPhone Date: 01/07/19 21:01 Re: And then there is Utah Author: ATSFSuperChief I will thoroughly enjoy video coverage and photos of this event while staying away from the surging crowds surrounding every fine location to view this event on what ever dates it happens.

Date: 01/10/19 18:50 Re: Wyoming zoo opens may 5 Author: Cabhop I hope you are aware that Logan isn't very close to the route of the movement.
Date: 01/10/19 21:58 Re: Wyoming zoo opens may 5 Author: highgreengraphics But Logan is close to Promontory for the event on May 10. Both Logan and Promontory are not too close to where the current tracks are at Ogden, but the main event for May 10 is the little piece of track at Promontory, not whatever is on display in Ogden. === === = === JLH
Date: 01/14/19 15:27 Re: Wyoming zoo opens may 5 Author: wabash2800 I can just see those railfans shooting videos and telling everyone, especially the daisy pickers to "shut the f*** up". LOL I remember that when the 4449 visited Michigan.
