Good stuff, as always.  At the beginning is a nice sequence showing the starting of a Hancock Non-lifting Inspirator:
1.  Open the overflow, drain a bunch of water on the ground while the injector body cools.
2. Open the steam valve in the cab.  The steam valve is a "two stage" deal to slowly put the steam into the inspirator body.
3.  One the steam is going, SLOWLY close the overflow valve, dumping even more water on the ground. 
4.  Once the overflow is closed your in business......
