And the photographer wrote this on the back of the 8X10, " Return to Richard Steinheimer Oakland Pier c. 1949-50" Thought you'd like to see that too. Scroll down! I wore that book out back when it was one of the few books covering SP steam.
It is sad that one of the NWP 180 class wasn't saved. They were good looking loco's. Been published many places and it's a killer.
