Robert Dollar 2-6-2 #3 Back In Action On NCRY

1. Robert Dollar 2-6-2 #3 returned to service on the Niles Canyon Railway today after  being out of service for upgrading. 
    Number 3 will be joined by Clover Valley Lumber 2-6-6-2  #4 and Columbia River Belt  Line #7, The Skookum participating in
    several special operations this Spring, Summer, and Fall.
