Take your pick of Skookum & Polson Shots, Color, no Color
Author: DelMonteX

Out near the east end of the line... the siding at Batterson.   The Polson #2 is about to depart with it's passenger, while the Skookum is getting ready to run around it's train to drag the log cars back to Garibaldi.

This is Friday 3/15/2019.  Unfortunately the Skookum didn't make it back without problems.  This time it was an eccentric rod.   Apparently, a lot of hard work by the talent there in Garibaldi, had her running for Sunday.

I'm normally a B&W enthusiast, but there's something about the color combination of the boilers and the surrounding scenery that is simply striking.

Color by a landscape!

Nice shot - love the perspective, too.

That is a superior view Steve; very cool!  For me, definitely the color view.
