Flood warnings for Gibbon, Neb.?

I just came across a Nebraska weather bulletin relating to anticipated flooding on the U.P. at Gibbons, Neb.   Are others getting similar info from various sources? If this turns out to be a record flood, this does not bode well for the Union Pacific.

Kearney had something crazy like 9 inches of rain and lots of flooding

us 30 had water over it, wwas closed

I saw a piece of video from Kearney, showing flooding in a park on the southwest edge of town.  This looked to be 1/2 mile or so south of the UP tracks.

Sounds like they are staying in north Platte until further notice.
