Big Boy Routing - St Paul to Duluth

Asking for friend as he's not familiar with the area. What is the routing the 4014 will take from St Paul to Duluth?  Will it possibly take BNSF and, if so, what is BNSF's radio frequency so he can listen in.  Any help with  this is greatly appreciated.

Goes to Duluth on BNSF Hinkley Sub. Will get on that Sub. at Coon Creek in Coon Rapids MN.
Track going North is Hinkley Sub. Track to the Left is Staples Sub to Portland and Seattle
Be prepared for road construction on I-35 going to Duluth
