Klondike Kate 4 was moved on the Como turntable 17 August 2019 to start Boreas Pass Railroad Day at Como, Colorado.  Memorable day-record crowd!

Chuck and Kathy Brantigan, the founders of the Denver Brass, are the owners of the Como Roundhouse and Klondike Kate.  They are thrilled to have played a significant role in bringing steam back to Como. Chuck and Kathy look forward to the future of Como and preserving its rich railroad history.

These ambitious volunteer followers of the Denver, South Park and Pacific Railroad have received a number of appropriate freight cars, now own a small diesel switcher, restored the depot and turntable, are whipping the Como yard and roundhouse into how they were originally, plan to continue building more track following the old ROW.

An absolute pleasure checking their website and every week-or-two posts.
