I imagine that there will be a bunch of lawyers lined up outside six flags.  Could that be a rolled rail when the engine tips.

Isn't like that everytime a passenger train goes on the ground?

     Sounded like they said five people went to the hospital. I imagine the locomotive operator('s) could have been one or two of those. Regardless of what type of operation it is you can be sure there will be some type of legal council there when something happens especially with injuries.

Dont know said no passengers were injured from what it said. Glad that we already have one person who thinks they know why it derailed wow.

They were live steam for 37 years, and were the most reliable ride in the park.  The park cheaped out after 2003 (though with as much money as they've spent trying to get the conversions to work, they could've overhauled both engines and kept them steam) and made them into diesel hydraulic replicas.  Now they don't even shine the brass.
